Former Speaker of the House and potential Presidential
candidate Newt Gingrich applauded the efforts of The
G.I.GO Fund, calling on others to join in its efforts to
support our veterans.

“G.I. GO is a terrific example of the good we can be
doing in this country. The war is entering a difficult
stage, our soldiers need the people to support them
now more than ever, and this organization is doing
remarkable work” said Gingrich.

The former Speaker made his remarks during an event
for his new book Pearl Harbor, which examines the
impact of certain events leading up to the Japanese
attack on Pearl Harbor during World War II.

“It was a great honor to have Mr. Gingrich give show us his support,” said G.I. GO President Jack Fanous.
“He is one of a select few in Washington who truly knows the difficulties America currently faces. He
understands how vital our soldiers are to the preservation of this great nation, so to have him come here and
applaud our work is incredibly encouraging.”

After the book signing, Gingrich addressed the crowd and told all in attendance that they should all help The
G.I. GO Fund in their efforts in assisting our troops.

“If you want to help our soldiers, if you want to ensure that our soldiers are given the type of recognition
they deserve after pledging their lives in order to ensure the safety of ours, come see this organization.”
